About me

My name is Sarah Jade Lagettie and I am so excited to share with you my very own 12 week build guide. The workouts in this guide have been my fundamental workouts that I've used to great success over years of training. I have educated myself a lot about fitness, health, well-being and weight training to better my technical knowledge and ensure that my guide contains the optimal way to exercise and achieve results.
I am a qualified personal trainer and work with women everyday to achieve their personal goals. Personally, I struggled with anoxia (oxygen depletion) at the start of my fitness journey, due to a lack of knowledge and consuming incorrect information from the Internet. I only want to spread correct information and educate others to prevent them from making the same mistakes I made at the start of my fitness journey.
My goal from when I first started was to be the healthiest version of myself. I wanted to look and feel strong from the inside and outside, by fuelling my body alongside weight training.
My intention with this guide from week 1 to the very end is for you to feel strong, empowered and confident by working towards and achieving your own goals. After you complete this guide, I hope that you have gained more knowledge about structuring workouts and progressive overload each week, and that I have given you the tools and information to be able to create your own weekly workouts tailored to yourself. This guide can of course be repeated multiple times if you wish.
